Small, intimate and seating up to thirty guests, the Indochine Restaurant serves three meals daily and combines both buffet style service with à la carte fine dining. Viet Princess Cruise Hospitality Director is originally from Europe and the onboard Head Chef calls Cambodia home. All hospitality service crew are Khmer and speak English fluently.

After decades of experience onboard the most renowned cruise lines around the world, our French Hospitality Director has decided to settle for a while in this area of the world. Not only being an asset for Viet Princess Cruises he is as well a caring leader enhancing people to develop their skills at their best, making sure no details are too small, and no requests are too large to fulfilled guests' satisfaction & expectation.

Executive Chef On’s passion for cooking was inspired at an early age by his grandmother. Owing to his passion on cuisine inspired directly and growing drastically up, this skillful craftsman determined to build a culinary career. He has many years of experience working in ultimate luxury restaurants.

With his wealth of wisdom for creating gastronomic dishes in the vast quantity of extravagant cruises, it is not absolutely exaggerated that Mr. On is the embodiment of the potential and professional chef.

Having previously received a professional training course, generous staffs have consistently bent over backwards to realize guests’ demands during the trip.
